Detecting developmental disorders in a child made simple

In his talk Harsh Songra talks about his struggle with dyspraxia, a developmental coordination disorder, which he was diagnosed at the age of nine.

His parents were unable to identify problems in their son's development for several years, due to lack of awareness and limited access to information about such diseases.

Harsh wanted to make sure other families didn’t have to go through the same thing, so he built an app called MyChild that helps parents find out if their child might have a developmental disorder. It provides basic screening by asking simple questions – and can even recommend specialist doctors!
